Who we are

Passage Therapy is the psychotherapy practice of Caroleena Khayatte, based in Adelaide, South Australia. You can contact us about privacy at info@passagetherapy.com.

What we collect

When you request a free consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of support you are looking for, how you would like to meet, the days and times that suit you, and anything you choose to share about what you are hoping to be supported with.

What you share about the support you are looking for may be health information. Only share what you are comfortable with. You can leave that question blank and talk about it on the call instead.

If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your email.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to contact you and arrange your consultation. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

Where it is stored

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores consultation requests and may store them outside Australia, including in the United States. Each request is also sent to our practice email account.

If you become a client, your information is then managed as part of your client records, which are kept separately from this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our website host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@passagetherapy.com.

Concerns or complaints

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
