My approach

You may or may not feel like it, but you are the expert of your own life. My work is to support and provide the guidance needed to better understand how experiences have shaped you. Together, we will unpack what is making you feel stuck, strengthen your relationships, build resilience and find helpful strategies that work specifically for you.

The concept of counselling can feel overwhelming and vulnerable and I totally get it. As someone who values meaningful relationships and connecting in an authentic way, this process will be trauma informed, collaborative, non-prescriptive and completely at your pace.  As each individual is unique, my theoretical approach blends numerous modalities to make sure your specific needs are prioritized.
